GivePower

Our Partnership To Energizing Change

Every Installation Makes a Difference

  • Donate $40 for Change: With every solar installation, we donate $40 to our GivePower Impact Projects.

  • Mission To Build Smart Villages: Provide solar, clean water, and internet to remote communities through our global impact projects.

  • Global Volunteer Projects: Upon reaching $100,000, 10 Soligo volunteers will install solar infrastructure in remote villages.

  • Double Our Impact: We challenge all to match our donation. Even a $20 can provide one person with solar, water, and internet.

Welcome Call

February 27, 20262 min read

A Welcome Call is an onboarding call designed to confirm key project details, set expectations, and ensure all required items are in place before major milestones like scheduling, installation, or utility approvals.

This call helps keep your solar project organized and moving forward without avoidable delays.

What the Welcome Call Means for Your Home

Why it matters

After signing your agreement, your project enters multiple coordination stages. The Welcome Call ensures everything is aligned before the next steps begin.

During the Welcome Call, Soligo typically confirms:

  • Homeowner contact information

  • Utility account details

  • Financing status

  • System size and scope

  • Timeline expectations

  • Next steps in the process

This structured review helps prevent miscommunication and ensures your file is complete before moving into technical phases.

How it affects savings

The Welcome Call does not directly impact energy production, but it plays a key role in maintaining project momentum.

Several factors influence timeline efficiency:

  • Accurate documentation

  • Confirmed financing details

  • Verified utility information

  • Clear scheduling expectations

By confirming these items early, your project can move more efficiently toward Notice To Proceed (NTP), Site Survey, permitting, installation, and Permission to Operate (PTO).

The sooner your system is activated, the sooner it begins generating electricity and reducing your utility bill.

Where it shows up in the process

  1. After Contract Signing: The Welcome Call is scheduled once your agreement is completed.

  2. Before Major Milestones: Details are confirmed prior to Site Survey or permitting submission.

  3. Pre-Installation Coordination: Expectations are set before installation scheduling begins.

  4. Ongoing Communication: Questions are answered and project flow is clarified.

Where You’ll See This in Your Solar Project

Shortly after signing your Soligo Install Agreement, a team member will contact you for your Welcome Call. This call confirms that your financing status, utility information, and system details are correct.

The Welcome Call supports internal processes like Perfect Packet and helps prevent delays before scheduling Site Survey or installation.

Soligo uses the Welcome Call to maintain communication clarity, reinforce expectations, and keep your project progressing smoothly.
