Solar Care includes one annual solar panel cleaning, full system inspection, inverter diagnostics, output testing, roof mount review, monitoring app setup, drone photos, and warranty claim assistance.
What’s included in a Solar Care+ membership?
Solar Care+ includes everything in Solar Care, plus annual battery performance testing, firmware updates, inverter sync checks, and backup functionality verification for Tesla and Enphase systems.
Do you service all types of solar panels?
Yes. We work on all major solar panel brands used in Florida homes, including SunPower, QCells, REC, and Canadian Solar. We also service Enphase and Tesla inverters.
Why do solar panels need cleaning in Florida?
Dirt, pollen, and bird droppings reduce efficiency. Our annual solar panel cleaning restores lost production and keeps your panels performing at their best.
How do you check solar production?
We measure voltage and output against expected system production, run inverter diagnostics, and set up your monitoring app so you can track performance daily.
What happens if a panel is underperforming?
We handle the full warranty process — including photos, serial logs, paperwork, and reinstalling replacement panels at no labor cost.
Do you inspect the roof too?
Yes. Each visit includes a roof mount and flashing check, along with drone photos to identify potential leaks, cracks, or sealant issues.
Can I transfer my Solar Care membership if I move?
Yes. If you move within Florida or another Soligo service state, your membership transfers at no cost.
Which solar batteries do you service?
We service Tesla Powerwall and Enphase IQ batteries. We do not currently cover Franklin or Fortress batteries.
Why does my solar battery need maintenance?
Batteries lose performance if not tested and updated. We run cycle checks, firmware updates, and backup readiness tests to ensure your battery is reliable when you need it.
How do you test a Tesla or Enphase battery?
We perform a controlled discharge cycle, check communication with the inverter, review cycle count data, and confirm firmware is up to date.
Do you inspect the electrical panel too?
Yes. Solar Care+ includes an electrical panel check — breakers, grounding, corrosion, and labeling — to ensure your system is safe and code-compliant.
What happens if my battery fails under warranty?
We help process manufacturer warranty claims, provide documentation, and reinstall replacement batteries at no additional labor cost.
Can I upgrade from Solar Care to Solar Care+ later?
Yes. You can start with Solar Care and upgrade to Solar Care+ anytime for just $5 more per month per battery.
